MODULE 1 Psychoanalytic Theory and History of the Psychoanalitic Movement (6 ECTS)
The course offers an in-depth exploration of the concept of the unconscious, analyzing its historical and theoretical roots, from Freud's revolutionary discovery to contemporary evolutions. Through a critical and comparative analysis, the main components of the psychic life and the processes of self-formation will be examined. Students will be guided through a path intertwining history, philosophy, and clinical practice, with the aim of understanding how the unconscious has been defined, deconstructed, and reinterpreted over time.
